Nickel Alloy 800 is a solid solution strengthened nickel-chromium-iron alloy that is known for its excellent high-temperature strength and resistance to oxidation and carburization. It is also known as Incoloy 800 or UNS N08800.This alloy contains approximately 30% nickel, 20% chromium, and small amounts of other elements such as iron, copper, and titanium. It has excellent mechanical properties, including high strength, good ductility, and toughness, making it suitable for use in a range of high-temperature applications.
