KYDEX is a rigid, impact-resistant acrylic/PVC thermoplastic sheet designed for heat forming. When heated, it softens and can be molded around a form to capture contours and details. Once cooled, it stiffens and holds its new shape.

Impact resistant for parts that see frequent handling and everyday wear.

Easy to thermoform into contoured parts using press or vacuum forming.

Low moisture absorption and resistance to many common cleaning solutions.

Common uses include custom holsters, knife sheaths, tool holders, equipment housings, protective covers, and formed panels.
