G-10 FR-4 are high-pressure thermoset fiberglass composite laminates made from continuous-filament woven glass cloth embedded in an epoxy resin matrix. This grade is extremely high in mechanical strength, has low water absorption and dissipation factors and has superior electrical characteristics.
